At the Tour Gateh D’Tranng 2025, we took on a significant developmental and leadership role, competing across eight demanding stages against established top-tier Asian teams.

Program Overview

VSG founder Yi Jun served as Directeur Sportif, overseeing race strategy, rider management, and daily tactical planning throughout the stage race. The role provided valuable exposure to elite-level race operations, decision-making under pressure, and the complexities of managing a team across a multi-day international competition.

Highlights

VSG Academy rider Caleb participated both as a rider and soigneur, gaining rare dual exposure to on-road racing and behind-the-scenes team support.
This experience allowed development in understanding race logistics, recovery management, and the demands of stage racing from multiple perspectives for the VSG rider and the team.
Participation in Tour Gateh D’Tranng 2025 reinforced VSG’s commitment to holistic athlete development, combining competition, leadership, and operational experience while strengthening pathways that prepare young riders for the realities of high-level racing in Asia and beyond.
