What is the VSG Power Series 1?

Series 1 marks the kickoff of a five-part virtual cycling competition, with the first race featuring a criterium scratch race theme. Using the TrainingPeaks Virtual platform, the race will feature 2 laps (16.5km per lap) of the Coastal Loop with a total distance of 33.1km and 84m elevation. Please see the pictures below for the map.

The race fee is $5 for participation. An additional $15 applies if you choose to race from our VSG Studio.

All riders are required to submit their FTP results, including a 4-5 minute all-out effort followed by a 20-minute FTP test. If you're unsure which FTP protocol to follow, we recommend using the Zwift FTP Standard Test, or if not, come down to VSG and we will take care of it for you!
Note that ramp test format is not acceptable.
