The Singapore–Hong Kong Interschool Cycling Competition 2024/2025 was a landmark cross-border youth esports initiative presented by VSG and Ecolifestyle, designed to support international sporting exchange and broaden competitive opportunities for young cyclists. Bringing together secondary school teams from Singapore and Hong Kong, the event provided students with an accessible platform to compete in structured virtual cycling races, encouraging camaraderie, healthy competition, and cross-cultural engagement. The competition showcased strong performances from both regions, with riders demonstrating tactical awareness, teamwork, and resilience across multiple race formats. Beyond racing, the event highlighted the potential for collaborative youth sports programmes that bridge geographies and disciplines, strengthening ties between the Singaporean and Hong Kong cycling communities while nurturing the next generation of riders in the Southeast Asian cycling landscape.
