VSG delivered a three-month Gear Up Programme designed for students who were less engaged with school. The program rebuild motivation, teamwork, discipline and confidence thereby leading to students looking forward to school activities

Program Overview
VSG delivered a three-month Gear Up Programme at Holy Innocents’ High School. Designed for students who were less engaged with school, the programme used indoor cycling as a tool to rebuild motivation, teamwork, and confidence. Through regular sessions, students bonded with one another, developed discipline, and began looking forward to school activities. These engagements not only introduce students to virtual cycling but also support early talent identification, personal growth, and stronger student engagement in school life.
VSG introduced its virtual cycling setup directly into schools, where students are first introduced to the fundamentals of indoor cycling and cycling esports, followed by short cycling sessions and relay-style activities, allowing students to ride, compete, and support one another in a controlled indoor setting. The format emphasises safety, enjoyment, and friendly competition, making it accessible to students of all fitness levels.
